Bean Bag Filling guidelines:

Small Bean Bags hold up to 5 ft³ (cubic feet) of bead filling

Large Bean Bags hold up to 16.2 ft³ (cubic feet) of bead filling

To save money and reduce waste, we recommend re-using the filling from an old bean bag if you have one. It’s a great way to give your old bean bag a new life!

If you’re using new filling, here are a few tips to make the process easier and cleaner:

Before you start, separate the filling into smaller bags or portions. This will make the filling process much more manageable.

Our bean bag cover is large, and trying to fill it all at once can get messy. Working with small dosages of filling at a time is not only less messy, but also faster and easier.

Filling Tip:

Use a large funnel or create one from cardboard to help direct the filling into the cover. Filling is best done with two people—one to hold the cover open and the other to pour.
